System Requirements

Start with these minimums....

IntuiFace is comprised of three core components, each licensed separately:

  • Composer, for building interactive experiences. IntuiFace Composer can be run on any Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 PC and on a Mac by running Windows via Boot Camp or virtualization software like Parallels. See below for specification details.

  • Player, for running interactive experiences built using Composer. IntuiFace Player can be run on the iPad, Android tablets, Chrome OS devices, Samsung SMART Signage Platform, LG webOS devices, any Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 PC - from tablets, monitors and tables to touchscreen walls - and a Mac running Windows via Boot Camp or virtualization software like Parallels. See below for specification details.
NOTE: Composer includes an embedded Player so you can preview and test your applications as you build them.

  • Data Tracking, IntuiFace's enterprise-class data capture capability, enabling you to define, collect and send data from your interactive IntuiFace experiences to any third party platform for analytics, marketing automation or data warehousing.

One Composer can build an unlimited number of experiences; each Player runs one experience at a time on any device in the field. For example, in a setup with one Composer license and five Player licenses, an unlimited number of experiences can be built for execution on up to five separate devices..

There are also two optional components that do not require a dedicated license:

  • Management Console, for sharing and deploying interactive experiences. Management Console is a Web-accessible service and thus has no device requirements. It is free to use.
  • IntuiPad, for remotely controlling PC-based IntuiFace experiences using any iOS or Android-based tablet. IntuiPad can be found in the Apple App Store and in Google Play. It is free to use.

Always test your experience on the target hardware and adjust the quantity of memory (RAM and GPU) and GPU power according to the complexity and richness of your interactive experiences. Also consider use of a solid-state drive as this can have a significant, positive impact on performance. Follow this link for some performance optimization tips.

A touchscreen is not required. However, without a touch screen, only single-finger actions can be simulated through the click and drag actions of a mouse. Keyboard arrow keys can also be used to move from one scene to the next and back
