Introducing the IntuiFace User Community

IntuiFace User Community

We've launched the IntuiFace User Community, bringing together folks from across a range of skill sets and professional backgrounds, all with a shared interest in maximizing their success with IntuiFace.

What's a Community?

Community: (noun) a group of individuals sharing common interests, attitudes, goals.

It's time for an IntuiFace User Community. Each day hundreds of people around the world are using IntuiFace to create interactive content. Their professional backgrounds range from graphic designers and marketing managers to sales professionals and educators. This melting pot of experience brings different skill sets and perspectives to a commonly shared platform. What could be better than enabling these diverse users to come together in a single forum?

We've launched the IntuiFace User Community to create such an environment. Here all IntuiFace users - from newborn novices to experts - can talk to one another on a variety of topics:

  • Posing questions about design challenges you're struggling with.
  • Sharing sources of inspiration for your work.
  • Broadcasting tips, shortcuts or novel approaches that could be useful for others.
  • Showing off your work, perhaps for feedback, maybe just to flex some muscle.
  • Searching for professional assistance or announcing your availability as a freelancer

How can you join the Community?

Anyone can join; all you need is an IntuiFace account, created when you first registered with us. Once inside you'll find not only IntuiFace users from all walks of life but also many employees of IntuiLab itself. We're passionate about our software and excited to be part of this community.

Under the covers we're using the Discourse platform. Doing so enables us to provide a very robust and scalable infrastructure for community management. Earn badges based on your levels of participation. Exchange private notes with other members. Flag important threads and control the level of email and desktop notification you'd like to receive when people respond to your posts. We think you'll like it (although we'd love your feedback, both positive and negative).

By the way, our Technical Support commitment remains unaffected and will still be best in the business. However, with the community, you'll get a crowd-sourced perspective on your topic and - even better - you'll develop close relationships with fellow users. Who knows. one day this community could become a family!

Head on over today. Say hi, look around and post any questions or thoughts you may have. The success of this community depends upon your active contribution; it's only as good as its participants.

We hope to see you there. Like IntuiFace, let's make this community interactive!
